Shipping Policy

What makes Kskystudio so special is that you get to choose the sizes, colors, and hardwares for your item. This makes your item(s) special and unique to you. 

Being a small business, all of my items are made to order. Once your order is received, I start production of your item and order necessary supplies and hardware. Once your item(s) have been cut, stained, sealed, hardware placed it is carefully packed and shipped out to you! 

 

How long does that take?

Our production time is 7-10 business days on average to get your items packed up and shipped out. This is not guaranteed and is subject to change with seasonal rushes, and product availability Then approximately another 3-5 days to get to you

Please confirm your address on file. This is very important, you are responsible for ensuring items sent to correct address. If the package comes back to me due to incorrect address or undeliverable, you are responsible for ship charges back to me and back to you.

If you completed an order with an incorrect address, I will need to cancel your order for you to reorder with the correct address.
